Lu Forsberg (b.1993) is a contemporary artist whose practice exists at the juncture of extraction, technology, socio-politics and gender. Employing new media, assemblage and installation, Forsberg works with Google Earth screen recordings, borrowing display methods and aesthetics belonging to corporate events, control rooms, environmental offices and renovated foyer spaces.  Forsberg has exhibited work at the Institute of Modern Art (IMA), QUT Art Museum, Metro Arts and UNSW Galleries. Lu is currently undertaking a research masters in Fine Art at UNSW Art and Design, Sydney.
